- Cup thinly sliced carrot, cauliflower, green beans, yellow onion, mushrooms
- Batter for veggies: 1/3 cup flour, 1/3 cup corn starch, 1/3 cup water, 1 egg
- Quart grapeseed oil (filter and reuse)
